If you are interested in our programs, please take note of the
preliminary requirements below:
Students must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Valid Identification [Driver’s license, state ID, & SSN]
Current CPR Certification [ AHA, Red Cross]
Criminal Background Check ( Done on Campus, If applicable)
Tuberculosis skin test / Quantiferon TB gold / chest x-ray
Physical and Immunization records [PNonly]
Proof of Highschool / GED / Transcript (if applicable)
ATI-TEAS Testing Entrance exam Dates ( Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm)
No Financial AID
All programs require the completion of an application form.
